Zinda rahein to kya hai jo mar jaayein hum to kya,
Duniya mein Khaamoshi se guzar jaayein hum to kya,

Hastii hii apni kya hai zamaane ke saamne,
Ek Khvaab hain jahaan mein bikhar jaayein hum to kya,

Ab kaun muntazir hai hamaare liye vahaan,
Shaam aa gayi hai laut ke ghar jaayein hum to kya,


Dil kii Khalish to saath raheigi tamaam umar,
Dariyaa-e-gam ke paar utar jaayein hum to kya,
