jis ka ik jalwa dakhne ko taraste the ham
uska ik jalwa bi ab gawara ni
me ne to us se mun mor lia he
par uska mujbin guzara nai
jab teri khabar lene ko di krta he
to yun lagta he k me tumhara nai
bite dino ko jab yaad krta hun
sochta hun wo waqt bi ab hamara nai
dil ki baat zaban pe ajati he sharif
sach he k mera b tum bin guzara nai
