ek chhota sa larka tha me jin dinon
ek mele me pohancha himakta hua

jee machalta tha ek ek shey par magar
jeb khali thi kuch mol le na saka

lot aaya lea hasraten senkron
ek chota sa larka tha me jin dinon

kher mehrumyon ke wo din to gaye
aaj mela laga he usi shaan se

aaj chahun to ik ik dukaan mol lun
aaj chahun to saara jahan mol lun

naa rasaai ka ab jee me dharka kahan
par wo chhota sa allarh sa larka kahan
