A lone star sitting in the heavens above

Lights the whole world with its brightness

A lone star gazes down on the universe

& wonders
A lone star lights the dark gloomy sky

Knowing that it's life is near an end
Yet with all its might relights the sky every night

Then with a last look on teh universe it dies
Vanishes from the face of the sky

Without anyone noticing that it existed .
