COCONUT BARFI
Ingredients
1 cup coconut white part grated and ground
2-1/2 cups sugar mithai special
6 cups whole milk
2 to 3 rose essence
Cochineal
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except colour and essence. Cook on high flame until it thickens. Add colour and essence. Pour onto a greased thali and cut into cubes when cooled. Garnish with blanched almonds and pistachios.....
