عجیب ھے پیار کرنے کا
اس زمانے دستور کا
پہلے پیار کرتےھے
راستہ دیکھاتے ھے
دو قدم چل کے پھر پلٹ جاتے ھے
عجیب ھے معیار ھے محبت کااس زمانے میں
نہ کوئی رانجا رھا نہ کوئی مجنوں رہا
عجیب ھے حال اس زمانے کے لوگوں کا
زخم دیتے ھے مساج کرتے ھے نمک کا
عجیب ھے پیار کرنے کا اس زمانے دستور کا
