اے چاند اسے کہہ دے
مجھے کیوں تنگ کرتا ھے
وہ دور ھے مجھسے پر
اسے کوئی یاد کرتا ھے
بے حساب یاد کرتاھے
وہ جب کسی کے سنگ ہنستا ھے
میرا دل بہت جلتا ھے
وہ جب اداس ھوتا ھے
دور کسی کی آنکھوں سےاشک بہتے ھے
اے چاند اسے کہہ دے جسے تم بھول بیٹھے ھو
جسے تم چھوڑ بیٹھے ھو وہ تمیں اب بھی یاد کرتے ھے
